Kaleigh Bronson-Cook

Kaleigh (she/her) is passionate about social justice, youth engagement, violence prevention and supporting children and families. She was born and raised in Southern Utah and received her bachelor's degree in philosophy, psychology and women and gender studies from Southern Utah University and later her Master of Social Work degree from Boston University. She has experience in community-based intimate partner and sexual violence prevention and advocacy, working alongside youth and adults who have experienced trauma, school-based prevention and mental health supports, community organizing, coalition building and policy advocacy. 

She initially joined the Center for Childhood Safety and Well-being team in Fall 2022 to complete her MSW advanced field placement and became a staff member in May 2023. She has fallen in love with the Eugene area and enjoys exploring the beautiful Willamette and coastal communities. She spends most of her free time with the people and pets she loves, participating in social justice activism, reading and traveling.
